Delivery Information Australia Post is the preferred delivery agent for all My Gift Basket products. Apart from reletively speedy, efficient delivery to any location in Australia they offer the added benefit of leaving a card in the event that a gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery. Rather than expecting the recipient to then claim the goods at a remote location, such as an airport, they can simply be collected at the local Post Office.
Returns and refunds If a product is deemed damaged or faulty on delivery My Gift Basket will replace that product. A product will not be replaced due to personal preference.
A return claim must be made within 48 hours after receipt of goods. A return claim must be made in writing via email or via telephone. The goods intended for return must be received by My Gift Basket within 7 days of the return claim being made. A refund can only be made to the original purchaser of the goods. A refund will not be made until the goods returned are received by My Gift Basket.
How do I return an Item? Each basket despatched by us contains a thank you card which incorporates a return card. After a return claim is made the customer will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number which the customer should write on the card along with other relevant details including a brief description of the reason for the return. The card should be placed with the goods to be returned.
